Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
If a pattern is in stock, it will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed. If your selected pattern isn’t in stock, it will be printed to order and take 2 to 4 weeks. Artwork can take up to 7-10 business days, and rugs are estimated to take between 8 to 12 weeks.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Our rolls of wallpaper start at $45 and increase by $5 for each additional roll (I.e. $50 for two, $55 for three, etc.). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship via UPS Or FedEx Ground. Our samples are shipped via FedEx with a standard 2-day delivery for $7.50.
Priority shipping follows different pricing structures and will be calculated at checkout. For the most accurate shipping rates and delivery estimates, we recommend adding your products to your cart, specifying the address, and selecting your delivery window.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time. For APO/FPO orders, we can ship to you using UPS. In order for us to properly ship to APO/FPO addresses, please specify United States in the Country/Territory field, the name of the recipient in the Company or Name field, the unit and APO/FPO/DPO box number in the Address field, and please specify APO, FPO or DPO in the City or Town field.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once a shipping label has been created. At this time, you’ll also receive tracking information. For wallpaper, this can take less than two weeks. For our other products, the timeline can vary.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Relativity Textiles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Relativity Textiles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@relativitytextiles.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition, please photograph the outside of the box and any damage to the product and attach the images to your email.
International Shipping Policy
